My healthcare journey began in Occupational Therapy, where I developed a deep appreciation for helping people regain function, independence, and quality of life. That foundation continues to shape how I care for my clients today.

As a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist, I take a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that pain and dysfunction are often connected to multiple factors throughout the body. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I aim to identify and address the underlying causes of discomfort to support long-term healing and improved well-being.

I work with clients experiencing neck and back pain, headaches, muscle tension, mobility restrictions, postural imbalances, sports injuries, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions. My treatments may incorporate osteopathic manual therapy, therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, and individualized treatment planning tailored to your unique needs and goals.
